iFilm English TV to air new series ‘Little Engineer’

Iranian series ‘Little Engineer 1’ has been scheduled to be aired by iFilm English TV Channel.

Airing of the first season of the popular series, produced by Saeed Sadi and directed by Ali Ghaffari, will be started on Sunday, December 25, 2022.

It is about a desperate woman who turns to an orphanage where she seeks refuge for her baby.

She tells the orphanage that if they turn her away, her husband will sell the child because of his gambling addiction. The orphanage names the baby boy Javad Javadi.

Javad grows up to be a kind, curious, and creative child. With plenty of determination and will power, he starts building the foundations for his success in the future.

Notable on the cast list are Behnaz Jafari, Abbas Jamshidifar, the late Parviz Pour-Hosseini, Nafiseh Roshan, Sanaz Saeedi, Youna Tadayyon, Mohammad Kasbi, Borzou Arjmand, Bahareh Rahnama, Afshin Sangchap, and Andisheh Fouladvand.

‘Little Engineer 1’, made in 2018, will replace ‘My Mother’, which will be aired daily at 20:00 GMT.

iFilm English will also repeat each episode of the drama on the next day at 01:00, 07:00 and 12:00 (all GMT times). The series is comprised of 30 episodes.
